RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Steps to Return or Exchange an Item/Items:

  1. On your account's Orders confirmation page, click on the Returns button to request your return or exchange on an item/items.
  2. You will be notified with next steps on the return or exchange process via email. Please follow the instructions shared with you to complete your return or exchange. 
  3. Reminder: When you've created your shipping label, please contact our customer service team via service@aequaandco.com with a copy of your tracking label and tracking number so we can keep an eye out for your return or exchange.
Care when Returning and Exchanges Items:
Please include your order receipt and package the pieces back into its original packaging to ensure that the pieces stay protected and is in its original form. If pieces are returned and damaged because the pieces were not properly packaged, the customer will be responsible for the price of the damaged product, and no refunds or exchanges will be processed.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:
  1. Only online purchases from Aequa & Co.’s official website will be eligible for refund or exchange. We accept refund or exchange of products within 7 days of its delivery date. Customers are required to submit the form and/or notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. If we accept your request for an exchange and the value of the exchanged product is lower than the original purchased product, no refund and/or store credit of the difference will be provided. We encourage you to only exchange your original purchased product for exchanged product with a higher value.
  3. As a general rule, only purchased product that is unworn, unaltered and free from scratches, blemishes or otherwise is eligible to be considered for any refund or exchange.
  4. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please inform us via email with pictures and/or videos immediately. This must be done within 3 days of the delivery date.
  5. You shall be fully responsible for all shipping fees and charges associated with any refund. Your general obligation to pay any and all tax and duty will continue to apply. We offer complimentary shipping for exchanges, limited to one exchange shipment per order. All exchanged items are final sale.
  6. Bespoke/customs pieces are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
  7. Upon inspection of returned products, Aequa & Co. reserves the final decision to determine whether a refund or exchange will be issued.
  8. Note that our returns address will be in our APAC logistics center in Hong Kong.
