Steps to Return or Exchange an Item/Items:
- Fill out the Returns and Exchanges Form found here.
- Contact our customer service team via email@example.com with your order number and a copy of your tracking label so we can keep an eye out for your return or exchange.
Care when Returning and Exchanges Items:
Please include your order receipt and package the pieces back into its original packaging to ensure that the pieces stay protected and is in its original form. If pieces are returned and damaged because the pieces were not properly packaged, the customer will be responsible for the price of the damaged product. No refunds or exchanges will be processed.
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
- Only online purchases from Aequa & Co.’s official website will be eligible for refund or exchange, Generally, we may allow refund or exchange of products within 30 days of its delivery date.
- If we accept your request for an exchange and the value of the exchanged product is lower than the original purchased product, no refund and/or store credit of the difference will be provided, and we encourage you to only exchange your original purchased product for exchanged product with a higher value. No refund of the difference will be accepted.
- As a general rule, only purchased product that is unworn, unaltered and free from scratches, blemishes or otherwise is eligible to be considered for any refund or exchange.
- If your product arrived faulty or damaged, please let us know! Just ship the item back to us and we will process an exchange.
- When returning or exchanging a product, please note that all customers are responsible for any shipping charges that may incur.
- You shall be fully responsible for all shipping fees and charges associated with any refund or exchange. Your general obligation to pay any and all tax and duty will continue to apply.
